Who we are

Frozen Fox Records LLC is a dance music label built with one goal in mind:
to change the way this industry treats people.

We started in 2023, and even though we’re still young, the growth has been incredible. At only 20, our owner has taken the label from a small idea to something that’s genuinely catching attention, from press outlets like Broken8Music to artists on our roster getting featured in places like The Hollywood Times Magazine and The Hype Magazine.

We aren’t here to follow the “standard label formula.” We’re here to create something fair, honest, and built on respect — a place where artists feel supported instead of taken advantage of. Our belief is simple:
music comes from people, and people deserve to be treated right.

We want to create opportunities, not barriers.
We want to lift people up, not exploit them.
And we want to build an environment where artists feel like they belong.

Even though we’re not a charity, giving back is part of our identity. We will be donating to:

And as we grow, we plan to host holiday programs to help families afford gifts and essentials—especially those going through hard times.

We don’t do any of this for publicity.
If it gets attention, that only helps families discover support faster.
But our goal is always people first.

Where We’re Going

Over the next 10 years, we want to grow into a label that:

  • pushes the next wave of dance music OF ALL TYPES

  • discovers and supports incredible artists FROM EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD

  • expands into other entertainment industries SO WE CAN PRESENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE

  • and becomes a force powerful enough to make real change IN THIS WORLD

We want to be known not just for music, but for what we stand for.

We want Frozen Fox Records to become the business we wish existed when we were younger — the one that protects people, uplifts creatives, and makes sure that nobody gets left behind.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Frozen Fox Records exists because of one person’s promise.

Conner J. Rumsey didn’t grow up with an easy childhood. There was trauma, Suffering, moments no kid should ever witness, and experiences that leave a mark for life. Instead of letting all that break him, he turned it into a mission:

If he ever built something powerful, he would use it to make sure no kid grows up the way he did:

  • No more fear.

  • No more silence.

  • No more helplessNESS.

  • NO MORE PAIN.

  • NO MORE SUFFERING.

Frozen Fox Records is part of that promise.

At just 20, Conner has already created a label that’s gaining serious momentum, partnering with major companies, and nurturing artists who are getting real recognition. As an artist himself, his work has been highlighted in The Hollywood Times Magazine and The Hype Magazine — both in the same week.

But his goals go far beyond music.

Conner wants Frozen Fox Records to become a platform for change — a business that helps families in need, supports survivors, and makes sure the people who work with the label feel genuinely cared for.

He wants to help fix the things he had to survive.

And he’s turning that into a reality, one step at a time.
